At Matalan Egypt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, you can return them within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Matalan Egypt account and navigate to 'My Orders' to select the items you wish to return and submit a request.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items back into their original packaging with all labels and the invoice included to ensure a smooth processing.
Hand Over to Courier
Our designated courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a pickup from your doorstep at your preferred time.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method or issued as store credit.
